PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an annoyance to neighbors when an earthquake early warning is made in the middle of the night. SOLUTION: Once the earthquake early warning is received, whether the reception time is within a preset time period (for example, 23:00 to 6:00) is discriminated (step S131), and whether predicted seismic intensity is≥3 is discriminated (step S132) when the reception time is within the preset time period, and the announcement associated with the earthquake is inhibited (step S133) when the predicted seismic intensity is not≥3.
