PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system which performs authentication with higher reliability than before, and performs authentication processing with higher convenience than before. SOLUTION: In the information communication system equipped with a plurality of communication terminals each having an input portion for receiving information inputted from a user, and an information server apparatus for communication relay between the communication terminals, the communication terminal acquires authentication information of the user of its own terminal, and transmits the inputted information and the authentication information to the information server apparatus, the information server apparatus stores authentication criterion information in correspondence with user identification information, determines whether the authentication is successful or not by comparing the authentication information transmitted from a transmission means with the authentication criterion information, and determines whether the information to be transmitted is relayed to a destination communication terminal or not based on transmission/reception condition information for determining whether or not the information is transmitted depending on the fact whether or not the authentication information of the user at the information source is authenticated successfully.
