PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit capable of achieving phase compensation by zero point adjustment and advanced phase compensation in one capacitor, and capable of reducing a circuit scale. SOLUTION: The amplifier circuit comprises a differential amplifier circuit 20 to which an input signal is supplied, a source follower circuit 30 for receiving an output of the differential amplifier circuit 20, a feedback resistance 16 for connecting an output end of the source follower circuit 30 and an input end of the different amplifier circuit 20, and a capacitor 17 connected between an output end of the differential amplifier circuit 20 and an input end of the source follower circuit 30, and between the feedback resistance 16 and the input end of the differential amplifier circuit 20. The capacitor 17 achieves both of the phase compensation by the zero point adjustment and the advanced phase compensation. Therefore, the circuit scale is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
