PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component that exhibits excellent properties in a high-frequency band while adopting a structure advantageous for size reduction. SOLUTION: The coil component comprises: first and second planar spiral lines that are opposed to each other with an insulation layer interposed therebetween; and first and second magnetic bodies that are disposed so as to sandwich the first and second planar spiral lines when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the first and second planar spiral lines. The first and second planar spiral lines have a portion that does not overlap with at least one of the first and second magnetic bodies when viewed from the direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
