PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydroxyalkyl cellulose which is suitably used for production of a gastrosoluble solid preparation, an enteric-coated solid preparation, a sustained release solid preparation, a bitter-inhibitory solid preparation or the like.SOLUTION: A coating agent containing hydroxyalkyl cellulose which has a viscosity in a 2% concentration aqueous solution at 20°C of 1.10-1.95 mPa s is adhered to the surface of a core particle containing a drug such as medicine or agricultural chemical by means of spraying or the like, whereby a coating particle having the core particle and a coating layer containing hydroxyalkyl cellulose which covers the core particle is obtained. |
