Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for learning a language model based on a neural network, a method and an apparatus for recognizing speech to recognize speech data based on the learned language model. The apparatus for training a language model can convert inputted leaning data into learning data including errors and can enable learning of the language model based on the neural network based on the learning data including errors. The apparatus for recognizing speech can recognize speech data through the learned language model and can output the recognition result of the speech data.
