Disclosed is a unified communication system based on a micro base station. The system comprises: a micro base station subsystem, a fixed phone network subsystem, an office network subsystem and a communication switching subsystem. The communication switching subsystem receives a conversation request sent by the micro base station subsystem and the fixed phone network subsystem, sends the conversation request to the micro base station subsystem when a called user in the conversation request is a user in a mobile communication internal network, sends the conversation request to the fixed phone network subsystem when the called user in the conversation request is a user in a fixed phone network, receives a service request sent by the micro base station subsystem, and sends the service request to the office network subsystem. The embodiments of the present invention can achieve three network unified communication of a mobile communication network, a fixed phone network and an office network in an enterprise, improve the office efficiency of the enterprise, and solve the problems that existing communication systems have high complexity and have high deployment and use costs. |
