Provided are a method and an apparatus for aligning beams of antennae of a high-low frequency co-station network. The method comprises performing alignment of an antenna having a low frequency beam with a communication device, and establishing a low frequency channel; and performing alignment of a high frequency beam of a high frequency antenna with the communication device by utilizing the low frequency channel. The embodiments of the present invention perform alignment of the high frequency beam of the high frequency antenna by means of the established low frequency channel, such that a long time taken in the alignment of the high frequency beam of the high frequency antenna due to a narrow high frequency beam field can be avoided, and the alignment of the high frequency beam of the high frequency antenna can be quickly achieved.
