The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for a secure call which prevents anyone except an owner from answering a phone even if an incoming call arrives while the owner is absent. The phone can be answered by inputting an operational combination matching a prescribed call acceptance combination on an operational screen to prevent anyone except the owner from answering the phone to resolve a call security problem.
