PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crank position sensor wheel excellent in magnetic characteristics such as magnetic permeability and flux density, and having high resistance to an impact and a load, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The crank position sensor wheel is defined into a core part and a surface part, the surface part having a carbon (C) content of 0.02 wt.% or less and the balance containing iron (Fe) with inevitable impurities, and the core part having a carbon (C) content of 0.05 wt.% or more and 0.20 wt.% or less and the balance containing iron (Fe) with inevitable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
