The present invention relates to a nap pad. The nap pad according to the present invention comprises: a first pad part coming in contact with a human body part; a second pad part disposed on a bottom surface thereof and coupled with the first pad part; and a pair of couplers in which the first pad part and the second pad part are folded and coupled with each other to be able to be carried in a portion where the first pad part and the second pad part face each other along a length direction of a human body when the second pad part is spread. |
