PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a program that are capable of improving convenience related to the use of peripheral devices.SOLUTION: An information processor comprises: connection means capable of connecting peripheral devices; communication means capable of communicating with an external device; reception means for receiving a request from the external device via the communication means; first processing means for making the peripheral device execute predetermined processing instructed by the request when the request instructs the processing; and second processing means for controlling a specified peripheral device in an on-state or an off-state in response to the request when the request instructs the specified peripheral device to be in an on-state or an off-state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
