PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic pressure adjustment unit for an air spring capable of preventing inner pressure of an air spring from excessively increasing, even when failure occurs at a flow rate control section.SOLUTION: A pneumatic pressure adjustment unit 1 includes a flow rate control section 3 configured to control an amount of air supplied to an air spring 2, and a changeover section 5 provided in a supply flow passage L3 between the air spring 2 and the flow rate control unit 3 and configured to change over flow of air supplied/discharged to/from the air spring 2. The pneumatic pressure adjustment unit 1 enables the changeover section 5 to change over flow of air supplied/discharged to/from the air spring 2.
