PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system capable of reducing the cost for introducing an intercom system in the collective housing.SOLUTION: An intercom system in the collective housing includes a collective entrance unit 2 to which the room number information is inputted, a wireless device 4 forming a wireless communication area S in the collective housing, a server 3 connected with the Internet N, so as to be able to communicate with the collective entrance unit 2 and wireless device 4, and a portable terminal 5 for receiving a calling signal from the collective entrance unit 2 via the wireless communication area S. The server 3 has a terminal identification table where the room number information is associated with the terminal identification information, an impart unit for determining the terminal identification for identifying the portable terminal 5 of a resident on the basis of the room number information inputted and the terminal identification table, and imparting the terminal identification information to the calling signal, and a transmission unit for transmitting the calling signal, to which the terminal identification information is imparted, to the wireless device 4.
