PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera body and a lens device that do not lose quick photographing performance, even when the lens device has large capacity optical information on an image recovery filter etc. and communication from the lens device is required.SOLUTION: A lens device comprises means for storing lens correction information. A camera body is capable of performing photographing when mounting the lens device; includes means for acquiring lens correction information from the lens device to store the acquired information, and correction means that has at least one of camera correction information and FNo correction information (optical correction information derived from an aperture diaphragm of the lens device) and performs image correction on information on a photographed image by using at least one of the stored lens correction information, camera correction information, and the FNo correction information; is capable of performing photographing even when lens correction information transmission from the lens device has not been completed yet; includes means for determining whether or not the lens correction information has been acquired; and corrects the photographed image by using at least one of the camera correction information and the FNo correction information even when the lens correction information transmission has not been completed yet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
