PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting member capable of suppressing decrease in a lighting function even when used for a long period of time in an environment where temperature greatly varies.SOLUTION: The lighting member has a light-transmitting part having a plurality of grooves on one surface thereof and a light-controlling part disposed in the groove, in which one of the light-transmitting part and the light-controlling part contains a high refractive index resin and the other contains a low refractive index resin having a refractive index lower than that of the high refractive index resin. The lighting member satisfies formula (I) below, where α(1/°C) represents a coefficient of linear expansion of the low refractive index resin in the temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, α(1/°C) represents a coefficient of linear expansion of the high refractive index resin in the temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, and L (μm) represents a length of the light-controlling part corresponding to the groove in a depth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
