The present invention relates to a home appliance or smart phone charger for a red and green color weakness person, which is attached to a surface of a charging recognition lamp of a home appliance or smart phone charger formed with a red-green variable LED. A letter or symbol having the same color, chroma and brightness as a red LED is formed at a center of a transparent window, and is attached to the charging recognition lamp of the home appliance or smart phone charger. When charging of the charger is completed and then a red lamp is changed to a green lamp, the letter or the symbol at the center of the green lamp is changed to have different brightness and chroma and a charging recognition tag for a color weakness person enables the color weakness person to recognize the completion of charging. The charger of the present invention includes the charging recognition tag for the color weakness person. |
