The present invention provides a terminal device and a communication system with which it is possible to start license assisted access (LAA) communication in a state in which the possibility of interference is lower. According to the present invention, a communication unit performs communication using each of a first network and a second network, and a communication control unit notifies a base station device that constitutes part of the first network about allocated frequency band exclusion information indicating a frequency band that must be excluded from the frequency bands allocated to the host device, and controls the communication unit so as to connect to the base station device using a frequency band allocated by the base station device. |
