The balance inspection device according to the present invention has: a bearing housing in which a bearing for supporting a rotary shaft is provided; a jig for accommodating an impeller in an internal impeller accommodating space, the jig being disposed on one side in a rotational axis direction of the bearing housing; a spray nozzle including a tip which is open toward the impeller accommodating space, the spray nozzle being provided to the jig; and a gas supply part for supplying a gas to the spray nozzle. The spray nozzle is configured so that the gas supplied from the gas supply part is sprayed from the tip in a state of having a circumferential direction component in the opposite direction from the rotation direction of the impeller.
