An optically shaped article according to one embodiment of the present technique is provided with: a first cured resin part that is arranged at a position suitable for being in contact with a base; and one or more second cured resin parts which are arranged in contact with the first cured resin part so that a part of the lateral surface of the first cured resin part is exposed. The first cured resin part is configured from a resin that has a smaller number of functional groups and a lower degree of polymerization in comparison to the second cured resin part(s). The one or more second cured resin parts are configured from a resin that has a larger number of functional groups and a higher degree of polymerization in comparison to the first cured resin part.
