<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing mechanism of a simple structure on a synthetic resin cap having an upper surface of a peripheral wall to be fitted over the external surface of a container body neck closed with a lid having a tube hanging from the outer periphery of a top plate, having the rear upper end of the peripheral wall and the rear lower end of a short tube coupled via a hinge and also having a finger hook protrusion for opening/closing the lid laterally provided at the front lower end of the short tube. <P>SOLUTION: In the synthetic resin cap of the mentioned structure, the rear end of a coupling piece 30 protruding from the rear face of a cover plate 29 is coupled with a part of the peripheral wall 22 below the finger hook protrusion 27 via a weakened part 31 for breaking. In addition, an upper part of the cover plate is brought into contact with the front face of the protrusion 27, a part of the cover plate above the protrusion is bent 32 toward above the protrusion 27, and a part of the cover plate below the coupling piece 30 is made to serve as a finger hook 33 for removing the cover plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
