METHOD FOR BLOWING USED PLASTIC INTO FURNACE, GRANULATED USED PLASTIC FOR BLOWING INTO FURNACE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for blowing used plastic into a furnace by which even in the case of blowing a large quantity of the used plastics into the furnace, gas permeability in the furnace is not lowered, and to provide granulated used plastic for blowing into the furnace and suitable to use in the method for blowing into the furnace and a manufacturing method therefor.

SOLUTION: The operation of the vertical furnace by using the used plastic as the raw material for blowing into the furnace uses the method characterized in that the granular material is blown into the furnace, the granular material being obtained by mixing and granulating a material for lowering a fusion point of ash content generated through the combustion of the used plastic and the used plastic. At least a part of the material for lowering the fusion point of the ash content, is desirable to be CaO source and/or MnO source.
