<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable image formation corresponding to arbitrary image data recorded in a recording medium without being connected to an image processing device. <P>SOLUTION: In an image recording apparatus 100, an optical disk reproducing unit 124 and an FD reproducing unit 126 are provided, so that image data recorded in a CD-ROM or an FD can be read. The image corresponding to read image data is displayed in a monitor unit 114. When the instruction for the selection and correction of a desired image is inputted according to the image displayed in the monitor unit by operating operation keys 118 of an input unit 116, the selected image is formed on image receiving paper 108 in accordance with the correction direction and discharged onto a discharge tray 140. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
