PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and adequately perform the management of information related to an object in trade, the distribution or the like of the object by use of an RFID tag.

SOLUTION: An imaging part 302 takes an image of the appearance of the object to acquire image information, and an object information acquisition part 301 acquires information related to the object stored in the RFID tag 101 provided to the object. A management information generation part 303 generates the management information of the object based on the acquired image information and the acquired information related to the object. A management information storage part 305 stores the generated management information, and a management information output part 306 outputs the stored management information. By this, the information of the object recorded in the FRID tag 101 provided on the object can be easily associated with the image.
