<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a waiting time to a service start from store visiting. <P>SOLUTION: This wait information management system has: a wait information management means provided in a business store, having a wait information storage part holding wait information showing a service wait situation of a customer coming to the business store, and updating the wait information of the wait information storage part in each completion of service to the customer; a wait information acquisition means acquiring the wait information from the wait information storage part in prescribed timing; a storage part storing the acquired wait information; a customer terminal outputting a wait situation requirement signal by operation of a store non-visiting customer; and a wait situation notification means acquiring the wait information from the storage part when receiving the wait situation requirement signal, generating wait situation information on the basis of the wait information, and notifying a customer terminal about the wait situation information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
