PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support management of an X-ray exposure dose of a user.

SOLUTION: A radiation report system includes a storage part 205 for storing a plurality of records including an exposure dose, an examination protocol, an examination part, a patient's age and a patient's weight with regard to radiation examinations using at least one radiation diagnostic apparatus 202; a grouping part 213 classifying the plurality of stored records into a plurality of groups based on at least one of the examination protocol, the examination part and patient information; a report preparing part 207 for preparing exposure reports for every groups based on the plurality of stored records; and a server part 208 for serving the data of the exposure report to a client terminal.
