PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut flower packaging case with a water bag, which surely provides a water overflow preventing function since a water returning flange as the upper face of the water bag is stabilized, and stably arranges a standing posture of a cut flower since the strength of an inserting hole can be ensured. SOLUTION: In the cut flower packaging case with the water bag which is a diagonal line folding style which can be folded in a diagonal direction, and the water bag internally mounted on its bottom part becomes the water overflow preventing water returning wall since the surrounding of the inserting hole for the cut flower is a top face, an inner lid having the inserting hole for the cut flower and which has a ridge folding line along the diagonal folding, sticks to the water bag, and one of or both of the water bag and the inner lid stick to the packaging case.
