PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly supply a suspension assembly to a vehicle body with a few pallets. SOLUTION: A suspension assembly carrying device 10 is equipped with two pallets 20a, 20b for freely mounting the suspension assembly 16, a station 22 for positioning and fixing a vehicle body 12 when mounting the suspension assembly 16 to the vehicle body 12, a mounting mechanism 24 for carrying in and positioning the pallets 20a, 20b when mounting the suspension assembly 16 to the vehicle body 12 fixed to the station 22, a carrying mechanism 26 which is adjacent to the mounting mechanism 24, extends to the vehicle width direction, and freely moves the pallets 20, and a transfer mechanism 28a for transferring the pallets 20 between the carrying mechanism 26 and the mounting mechanism 24. The carrying mechanism 26 has a main carrying part 76 and a sub carrying part 100 which is provided on the main carrying part 76 and moves the pallets 20a, 20b in the same direction.
