PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein insufficient wiping or chattering sound occurs since the friction resistance of the elastic pressure on the window surface of a blade rubber 2 provided on a wiper blade 1 is different between the support corresponding portion 2a by a lever body 4 and an intermediate portion 2b of an adjacent support corresponding portion. SOLUTION: An electron beam is irradiated from the lever body support corresponding portion 2a of the blade rubber 2 to the intermediate portion 2b of an adjacent support corresponding portion so that an absorbed dose is gradually reduced to make harder the support corresponding portion 2a side farther from the intermediate portion 2a. The wiping performance of the window surface is improved by changing the hardness of the blade rubber so as to offset the elastic pressure on the window surface W of the blade rubber 2.
