DOUBLE-SIDED COPPER CLAD LAMINATE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided copper clad laminate which can be easily identified with respect to its front surface and rear surface. SOLUTION: It is related with the double-sided copper clad laminate which has copper foils 3 and 4 arranged on the front and rear surfaces of an insulating layer 2. As for the above-mentioned copper foils 2 and 3, it comes to form strings in the surfaces. The front and rear surfaces of the double-sided copper laminate can be identified by the difference in the direction of the strings 10 and 11 formed in the above-mentioned copper foils 2 and 3.
