PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear combination lamp on which a rear camera can be mounted without impairing the design property on a back side of a vehicle, and the vehicle equipped with the rear combination lamp having the rear camera. SOLUTION: The rear combination lamp comprises a component mounting pedestal 21 which is arranged on a back side of a vehicle visibly from a back side of the vehicle with a plurality of light emitting apparatuses 50 and a rear camera 41 for picking up an image of the back side of the vehicle mounted thereon, and a lens cover 10 for covering a back side open part, and has a turnable supporting part 41d for changing the image pickup direction of the rear camera 41. A partial lens cover 11a of a mounting part of the rear camera 41 is constituted of a light control glass 13 capable of changing a transmissive state and a non-transmissive state.
