PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration reducing device for a construction outfit component which device is disposed between a fixed unit, on which the construction outfit component is fixed, and a vibrating unit, where strongest vibrations occurs, to damp the vibration of the component itself to prevent the fatigue and damage of the construction outfit component and increase the durability of the component itself, and can easily be attached to and detached from the construction outfit component. SOLUTION: The vibration reducing device for the construction outfit component is disposed between the fixed unit, on which such a construction outfit component as a hand rail and work mirror is fixed, and a vibrating unit, where excessive vibrations occurs, to damp the vibration of the construction outfit component. An elastic support ring having a tightening portion is formed on the front ends of both sides of the longitudinally extended body of the vibration reducing device. When the elastic support rings are tightened, the fixed unit and the vibrating unit are connected and fixed together, which damps vibrations transmitted from the construction outfit to the component.
