PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wagon desk with a liftable top panel, which can utilize the existing main body to be used as a wagon desk with a liftable top panel and its lifting and lowering mechanism, adjust the height of a tuning shaft to a desired position, and accommodate a plurality of attached drawers each different in height for their effective use. SOLUTION: This wagon desk with a liftable top panel includes a main body where a space for accommodating drawers is included at the upper part and a liftable top panel is provided which is supported by each support member 13 of each lifting/lowering mechanism 11 incorporating a main body mechanism 12 on each side panel 3 of the main body, with a rotating shaft of a gear member 16 in each main body mechanism 12 on each side panel projecting inwardly, and with the rotary shaft forming an engagement part to be fitted with a tuning shaft 30 of each of the right and left lifting/lowering mechanisms 12 and 12. This wagon desk also includes first interlocking gear wheels 32 which rotate concentrically with the gear members 16 by being fitted with the engagement parts, second interlocking gear wheels 33 disposed obliquely above the first interlocking gear wheels 32 and fitted with the first interlocking gear wheels 32, and a tuning shaft 30 for connecting the right and left second interlocking gears 33 and 33.
