PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe-training device for preventing a trouble of the foot, such as hallux valgus. SOLUTION: The toe training device 1 consist of a foot positioning portion 2, a strap portion 3 connected to the front end of the foot positioning portion, and a handle portion 4. The foot positioning portion 2 has an upper layer portion 4 made of a flexible material, a base bottom portion 5 made of a non-flexible material, and a toe-fixing portion 6 having rubber elasticity. The foot positioning portion 2, corresponding to the toe part when mounted, does not have the base bottom portion 5, so that the toe part at the foot positioning portion 2 is bent by an external force caused by the handle portion 4 pulled by a user. The user is made to resist the external force by his/her toes fixed by the toe-fixing portion 6, and the inner muscle group intended to be strengthened is efficiently trained.
