PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type fish-farming system capable of carrying out decomposing treatment of an organic material in farming water, and capable of returning the farming water having a high dissolved oxygen concentration to a farming aquarium. SOLUTION: The circulation type fish-farming system is constituted so that the farming water cleaned by microorganisms, and having the high dissolved oxygen concentration may be returned into the farming aquarium 1, by constituting a microorganism-treating device for decomposing and cleaning the organic material in the farming water, of a storing vessel 51 for storing the farming water subjected to solid-liquid separation; an aeration water supply pump 54, a cleaning vessel 53 which is arranged at the upper part of the storing vessel 51 and in which a carrier to the surface of which the microorganisms are attached is placed; a first discharging means 56 for discharging the farming water discharged from the aeration water supply pump 54 into the cleaning vessel 53; a discharging pipe for returning the water from the upper part of the cleaning vessel 53 to the farming aquarium 1; and a second discharging means 57 arranged in the interior of the discharging pipe and having an air-introducing pipe having one terminal opened at the protruded opening side of the discharging pipe.
