A ring-shaped rotary deck nail is convenient and semi-permanently used with increased durability when compared with other nail for the deck while a tent or a tarp is installed on a wooden deck by mounting the tent or the tarp using a hook nail having a screw. A hook is rotated around a rotational shaft in order to prevent another hook (303) from being bent, and accurately fixates a position of a string held by the hook. |
