A different network coordination device, radio network and user equipment and adhesion method are disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. The radio networks include different standard radio communication systems, and could also include: a different network coordination device for the coordination process of the user equipment switching between the different standard radio communication systems or multi-adhesion coordination process of the user equipment. The user equipment and adhesion method disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention could provide convenient switching capability of interconnection, adhesion and optimization between systems based on the independent development of each access system standard and reduction of cross coupling.
