PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which increase of chip area, the number of wiring lines of data bus in a chip, wiring length, and power consumption can be suppressed when encoding is performed in a chip such as CRC in a chip corresponding to a plurality of word configurations. SOLUTION: When a data group output from a first output pin (DQ0) in first word configuration is output from the first output pin (DQ0) and a second output pin (DG1) in a second word configuration, a data group output from a third output pin (DQ2) in the first word configuration is output from the third output pin (DQ2) and a fourth output pin (DQ3) in a second word configuration, the second output pin (DQ1) is arranged being adjacent to the first output pin (DQ0), the fourth output pin (DQ3) is arranged being adjacent to the third output pin (DQ2).
