PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce capacity of a storage part by obviating the need of storing a procedure of a simulation function in a fire receiver of each building, and to store its operation history. SOLUTION: In a system where a plurality of fire receiver, and a customer service server are connected to a network, the customer service server includes a transmission means transmitting, via the network, a simulated operation signal based on a scenario preset in at least one of the respective fire receivers, and a simulated operation storage means receiving and storing information of a panel face operation of the fire receiver from the fire receiver having transmitted the simulated operation signal; the fire receiver having received the simulated operation signal transmits the whole history for the information of panel face operation of the fire receiver to the customer service server when the whole simulated operation of the scenario is completed; and the customer service server receives the whole history and stores it in the simulated operation storage means.
