PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a program for performing retrieval by fixing conditions except a specific factor in a database which holds data having a plurality of factors. SOLUTION: This data management system is provided with: a data holding part 11 which holds the data including the plurality of factors; an acceptance part 12 in which an output form such as an orthogonal table, and a multi-way layout table is specified, and which accepts retrieval conditions including the number of factors concerning the retrieval, a kind of at least one factor and its value; and a retrieval part 13 which retrieves the data holding part 11 based on the retrieval conditions and extracts the data which satisfies the retrieval conditions and whose factor except the factors concerning the retrieval is a fixed value as a retrieval result.
