PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whipped gummy candy with an ever known palate feeling, having a foamy shape which includes fine bubbles, a light and soft palate feeling while sustaining gummy like elasticity, and to provide a method for producing whipped gummy candy which stably contains bubbles, by a simple process.
