A campaign management system including, a data collection subsystem that receives, via a network interface, data for a plurality of different online marketing channels for a marketing campaign from a plurality of data sources and store the data in a date store, each of said plurality of different online marketing channels being a different medium for distribution of communications; wherein at least one of the different online marketing channels includes an internet marketing channel and a map generation subsystem executed by at least one processor and including, a performance metric determination module that determines performance metrics for the plurality of marketing channels from the data for the plurality of marketing channels and calculates values for the performance metrics for a marketing campaign map, a threshold determination module that compares the value for each of the performance metrics for the plurality of marketing channels with a plurality of thresholds to determine whether the performance metrics are underperforming, potentially underperforming or are satisfactory, and stores an indication of whether each of the performance metrics is underperforming, potentially underperforming or satisfactory, based on the comparisons, and a map generator that generates the marketing campaign map in a user interface, wherein the marketing campaign map includes a plurality of nodes connected by links, wherein the plurality of nodes include endpoint nodes and a target node, and the marketing campaign map illustrates data flow from the endpoint nodes to the target node via the links connecting the plurality of nodes, wherein each of the endpoint nodes represents a respective different online marketing channel of the plurality of different online marketing channels and provides marketing information for that marketing channel, and the target node represents a goal for a marketing campaign. 0 o CoE E aj c ,7 r c:3oCo CL3 > 5~ CoCD cu-l f L: -- ---- -- ----- coo co c |
