摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exclude a defective product in which positional deviation of objects to be packaged occurs without being restricted by size of a packaging material, in a packaging machine for packaging the objects to be packaged in the opaque packaging material.SOLUTION: A packaging machine 10 molds a packaging material 40 pulled out from a roll 42 in a cylindrical shape by performing center seal. Objects 20 to be packaged are sequentially wrapped in the cylindrical packaging material 40 at predetermined intervals, and end seal and segmentation are performed by an end seal part 60. An X-ray irradiation part 100 irradiates the packaging material 40 with X-ray on an upstream side of the end seal part 60, and on a downstream side of a position at which the objects 20 to be packaged are encapsulated in the packaging material 40. An X-ray detection part 110 detects soft X-rays transmitted the packaging material 40, detects that bite resulting from positional deviation of the objects to be packaged occurs in the end seal on the basis of dosage of the detected X-rays, and excludes the objects to be packaged from a conveyance line by an object to be packaged exclusion part 90.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
