PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel commercially feasible methods for manufacturing poorly water soluble drug formulations that increases the solubility and bioavailability of poorly water soluble drugs.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a novel free flowing powder pharmaceutical preparation for the delivery of a poorly water soluble active pharmaceutical ingredient that increases the solubility and bioavailability of poorly water soluble active pharmaceutical ingredient, and to a manufacturing method of the free flowing powder pharmaceutical preparation. The invention also relates to dispersion particles, which immediately disperse from the free flowing powder formulation when the formulation is added to water, an aqueous solvent, or an organic solvent, the bulk dispersion of the poorly water soluble active pharmaceutical ingredient of the free flowing powder formulation in dispersion particles is uniform. Such dispersion particles increase the biologically available surface area of a poorly water soluble active pharmaceutical ingredient and make the dissolution of the active pharmaceutical ingredient easy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
