PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an anti-aging agent by a method with industrially excellent productivity while using biomass as a raw material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes a process of oxidizing isopropanol obtained by fermenting glucose to produce acetone and a process of synthesizing an amine-based anti-aging agent from the resulting acetone.SELECTED DRAWING: None
