A shock-proof closure element (11) is situated near the bottom, at least partly horizontal, exhaust fume duct (3). A rectangular, shock-proof deflector (8) with flap is positioned in front of the closure element in the direction of flow and diverts at least some of the exhaust fumes into a top, at least partly vertical, exhaust duct (9). The end part (6) of the bottom exhaust duct runs with a descending gradient towards an outlet (4).
