PURPOSE: A device is provided to easily perform clamping of coupler and prevent damage of pipe composing hydraulic line and damage of flexible hose by damping the overpressure when overpressure is formed in the hydraulic line to maintain a proper pressure of the hydraulic line. CONSTITUTION: In a device in which channel is penetratingly formed, coupler connected to coupler at the side of hydraulic pressure supply source is installed at one side of the channel, and the other side of the channel is connected to hydraulic cylinder by a pipe to connect the hydraulic pressure supply source to the hydraulic cylinder, the device comprises an overpressure fluid discharge channel(22) connected to the channel(20), closed when the coupler(30) is opened and opened when the coupler(30) is closed; an overpressure fluid return channel(24) connected to the channel and equipped with check valve(25) for allowing only flow of fluid flown in the channel; an overpressure fluid storage space(52) connected to the overpressure fluid discharge channel and the overpressure fluid return channel; and a piston(54) which is slidingly mounted on the overpressure fluid storage space and receives elastic force in a direction of reducing the overpressure fluid storage space by spring(56).
