POWER SUPPLY DEVICE OF NOTEBOOK COMPUTER FOR VEHICLE, COMPOSED OF CONNECTOR, ADAPTER AND BRANCH MULTI-TAP

PURPOSE: A power supply device of a notebook computer for a vehicle is provided to smoothly receive the power of rated voltage appropriate for the notebook computer and to use plural notebook computers at the same time by a branch multi-tap. CONSTITUTION: A power supply device of a notebook computer(140) for a vehicle is composed of a connector(110) mounted to an outlet(100) for a cigar lighter of the vehicle; an adapter(120) for converting the voltage of power supplied through the connector; and a branch multi-tap(130) for branching off the power supplied through the adapter. The rating of the adapter is 11¯16 input voltage and 3¯20 output voltage. The branch multi-tap for supplying power to plural notebook computers branches off the power supplied through the adapter as one input terminal into a plurality of output terminals to make a user work at the same time with plural notebook computers. In addition, the multi-tap is mounted at any positions of the vehicle.
