PURPOSE: A latticed soundproofed wall provided with an upper plate whose lower part is opened is provided to heighten the soundproofing effect by dissipating sound in a space between posts. CONSTITUTION: The latticed soundproofed wall provided with an upper plate whose lower part is opened comprises the steps of: fixing a lower plate by fixing a plate to the backside of an H-beam and fixing a fixture to the front part and inserting a spring clip; fixing an upper plate to the front part, fixing a fixture to the backside and inserting a spring clip; and installing both right and left plates to show up forward.
