PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-supplying and adjusting apparatus for the air conveyance of wefts in an air jet loom, suitable for adjusting the rates of air flow into nozzles during the insertion of the wefts. SOLUTION: This air-supplying and adjusting apparatus includes a control system (24) connected to an air supply means. The air supply means includes a compressed air source (2) and a series of nozzles (14 to 17) which can be operated with the corresponding electric valves (10 to 13) used for inserting the wefts. The air supply means furthermore includes an air-storing and supplying system (31) which can store a preliminarily set volume of air, when the air does not flow in the nozzles (14 to 17), and is suitable for adjusting the flow rate of the air, when the air flows in nozzles (14 to 17).
